On Picture Book Day, visitors experience back-to-back readings from picture books, alternating between German and English, and get to meet the writers and artists who create them. At book tables set up for the occasion, picture books are available to look at, browse and buy, in collaboration with the bookstore Pfeife. The event is aimed at children ages 4 to 12 but welcomes readers of all ages.

Details can change — check the event’s website before you go.
