A researcher takes children on an expedition into natural sciences, looking at how nature has found ingenious solutions to tricky problems. Through hands-on experiments, children discover the lotus effect, how polar bears stay warm, and how maple seeds fly. They try making water bead off surfaces themselves and build their own flying models. The course is for children aged 5 to 7, and places are limited, so registration is required.
