In this workshop, parents and children form teams to design and build vehicles that protect their passengers in a crash test, competing against a crash wall. Along the way, participants learn the basics of crash testing, the gender data gap, physics, construction and problem-solving, creating their own crash reports like real engineers. Led by Nadine Klein and David, teams of two work together, with one adult per child.
