Gym Bros follows Stan and Sven, two teenagers who throw themselves into bodybuilding and spiral into ruin instead of success. The story is told from the perspective of the brother and the girlfriend, showing how families and friends are also affected when male beauty ideals turn aggressive. The physical, perspective-shifting performance also touches on looksmaxxing and bonesmashing. Two actors play all the roles, with music, songs and movement, and the show lasts about 70 minutes, followed by a talk with the performers.
