In this workshop, participants explore mycelium, the often invisible network of fungi, and get to handle real material samples. Using recycled material, each person builds a small form of their own and fills it with prepared mycelium, working with questions of shape, geometry and construction. The material keeps growing afterwards, and participants learn how to continue cultivating it at home. The workshop is led by Maria and Nicole in the Maker Lab at Headquarter A32.
