This gala marks 25 years of the IKARUS theatre award for young audiences. An adult jury and a youth jury each honour one children's and one youth theatre production, celebrating achievement in Berlin's theatre for young audiences. Nominated productions present short excerpts from their shows, framed by a varied programme of music and dance acts before the winners are announced.
