Children aged 7-12 create a Halloween mask of their own invented monster. They choose its appearance, experimenting with shapes, materials and imagery. Their creature might have fangs, scars, horns or three eyes; each participant decides which features to include. Once the mask is made, they look at themselves in a mirror to see their monster.
