Led by the team of business psychologist Steve J. Gildemeister, these sessions let beginners and advanced players, children and adults alike, play chess together at the Mark-Twain library. Chess boards, pieces and guidance are provided, and participants learn strategic thinking, opening moves and tactics. Memory training methods are also taught, and regular tournaments award a trophy to the winners.
