In this experiment course, children investigate why leaves turn colourful in autumn and why red cabbage can appear red, blue or green. They examine real leaves and explore how plant pigments react to their surroundings, tracking down the hidden colours of plants. The course is led by Dr. Jaconette Mirck and run by Science Lab e.V.
