This guided walk looks at the stories behind native plants in mythology and fairy tales, from guarding villages to healing powers and tree spirits. Walking through the Botanical Garden's outdoor grounds, in German, the group traces the biological and historical background of key native species; in case of rain, the tour continues in the greenhouses instead. The tour lasts 90 minutes, booking is required, and it starts at the visitor centre entrance on Königin-Luise-Platz.
