This classical production of The Nutcracker is performed by the Imperial Ballet with a live orchestra playing Tchaikovsky's score. Staged in traditional choreography with elaborate costumes, it follows the familiar story of the Nutcracker, the Sugar Plum Fairy and the Land of Sweets at the Admiralspalast in Berlin.
