A small theatre company attempts to stage Mozart's opera. Its characters face present-day problems and seek love while Sarastro and the Queen of the Night pursue their power struggles. Fabian Kuss's arrangements connect Mozart's melodies with contemporary hits, played by a band using guitar, synthesizers, bass, piano and drums. The play lasts 1 hour 50 minutes without an interval.
