Young museum visitors get artistically close to the animals, sketching them with paper, brush and pencil while course leader Katrin Neubert from Potsdam guides the session. Even shy creatures stay still until the drawing is finished, leaving plenty of room for imagination. The workshop takes place once a month, except during school holidays, for up to 12 children aged 8 to 14. Participants may bring their own sketchbook and favourite pencils, and themes change with each date.
