This puppet theatre tells Janosch's fairy tale of Josa, the small, weak son of a charcoal burner. A bird friend gives him a magic fiddle and teaches him a song: played forwards it makes anyone larger, played backwards it shrinks them. Josa uses the fiddle to help others and to stand up to a king who wants only to grow bigger. The show lasts 40 minutes and is performed by Johanna Debes and Rudolf Schmid, directed by Ulrike Winkelmann.
