This Christmas ballet tells its story in a family-friendly way, suitable for children from about age 4 as well as older children, teenagers and adults. Danced to Tchaikovsky's music by experienced dancers, it runs for about 60 minutes without an interval, which keeps younger children engaged. Its manageable length and accessible storytelling make it a good choice for a first visit to theatre or ballet.
