Three piglets live carefree with their mother until they meet the wolf and each builds a house to protect themselves — one of straw, one of wood and one of stone. The wolf fails to catch them and slinks away, and everyone celebrates with singing and dancing. The story is told with warm, backlit flat figures that are moved in a rocking motion across a play screen, giving it a poetic, dreamlike charm. The show suits families, kindergartens and schools, and school groups can also get a look behind the scenes.
